New Generations – Ottawa Shabbat Dinner
November 17 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Over the last month, we have witnessed terror, trauma, and unfathomable loss. Recent events in Israel-Palestine have left many young, progressive people in the Jewish community feeling isolated and, at times, ostracized. As we navigate an increasingly complex and painful moment in Israeli-Palestinian history, it is imperative to lean into our community, have meaningful conversations, and challenge ourselves to take action.
Join us for an evening to deepen our understanding of the work being done on the ground to address this crisis through peacebuilding and human rights efforts. NIFC’s Ottawa Naomi Chazan Fellows, Sarah Broitman and Pauley Tedoff, will lead a Shabbat dinner aimed at fostering community, holding space, and sparking action.
Dinner Details: Dinner will be provided. Dietary restrictions can be listed when registering. For any specific questions/concerns, please email email@example.com.
