In Her Voice

June 4 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Presented by Women Wage Peace Canada East

In Her Voice honours the legacy of the late Israeli peace activist Vivian Silver, and promotes her message of dialogue and mutual understanding. This commemorative evening, launching the Toronto fundraising campaign in support of the Vivian Silver Impact Award (viviansilver.com), will be filled with music and art, creating opportunities for reflection, inspiration, and hope.

About Vivian Silver:
A Canadian-born peace activist, Vivian dedicated her life to pursuing gender equality and fostering dialogue and partnership between Israelis and Palestinian communities. In 2014 she co-founded Women Wage Peace — Israel’s largest grassroots peace movement with recently developed chapters in Australia, Europe, South America, and here in Canada. Tragically, Vivian was murdered on October 7, 2023. We are committed to pursuing her mission of elevating women and their role in the pursuit of peace.
