ENSPIRE is a Women-Centric Non-Profit Organization located in Israel. With an understanding of the unique challenges faced by Israeli society, ENSPIRE comes with a range of strategic emotional recovery services designed to empower women and mothers to rebuild their communities and lives.
This project will address the emotional and mental impact of war on women and children.
Between economic uncertainty and thousands of people still displaced in Israel, many people are facing mental and emotional challenges. These challenges are particularly pronounced for women and children.
The project will support the creation of “Day After” circle therapy groups, which will include experienced facilitators. Participants will also receive peer support from being in the groups together.
The circle groups will be organized around specific challenges:
- The impact of trauma and displacement on women and children
- Managing trauma and anxiety
- Support for direct and secondary victims of domestic violence
- Making work a better place for women
ENSPIRE’s long-term approach ensures that our support extends well beyond the immediate urgency, so that communities can grow stronger, more resilient, and more capable than ever before.
